Garrett AT Pro Metal Detector

The garrett at pro is built around all-terrain performance: fast recovery speed, target separation, and deep detection across a range of ground conditions. It is fully submersible to 10 feet, which covers shallow water treasure hunting and wet environments without any extra sealing or accessories.

Pro Mode Audio pairs Proportional Audio with Tone Roll so the detector gives a more detailed response to depth and conductivity, letting an operator judge a target before digging. High-resolution iron discrimination runs 40 levels deep, which allows precise filtering to separate good targets from iron debris in trashy ground. Every garrett at pro metal detector in this lineup ships with MS-2 headphones that boost weak signals and cut ambient noise so faint tones are easier to catch in the field.

Because the garrett professional metal detector platform is fully submersible to 10 feet, it's a natural fit for beach hunters working the wet sand and shallow surf line, as well as relic and coin hunters who also want to wade creeks and pond edges. The 40-level iron discrimination makes it useful on sites with heavy iron trash, like old farmsteads or parks with decades of bottle caps and nails.

Land-only hunters who never go near water still get the same all-terrain recovery speed and target separation, so the waterproof rating is a bonus rather than a requirement. Bundles that add the Pro-Pointer AT pinpointer extend that same submersible design to the pinpointing step, so the whole kit can go in the water together.
